The program requires that all Rutgers students, whether enrolled for credit or not, complete a single form, a Medical Insurance Waiver that makes the university aware of who is going on study tour and advises students of options for coverage of medical care, should it become necessary. Additionally, the program requires all non-Rutgers Camden participants, including family members and alumni, to complete the General Application. These forms should be returned to the International Studies office.

The program also provides forms for the optional use of individual faculty members and students. Some faculty members may require all participants to fill out the General Application, either before they enroll in the course or before they go on tour. Also, some instructors require students to complete an Informed Consent form before allowing them to participate. In these cases, forms should be returned to the instructor. Note: School of Business courses normally require their own application form.

Finally, application forms are available for Mini-grants and for Stainrook International Travel Grants(eligible students only). Instructions for proper submission may be found on the forms themselves.
